MASSACHUSETTS STATE POLICE: TIPS FOR LANDLORDS

We are happy to welcome back for the first time since the pandemic to the Massachusetts State Police Narcotics Department for an informative evening of drug prevention tips for landlords in your buildings and rental properties. We all know too well the impact drugs and drug traffic can have on a rental property. Too many times one bad unit can corrupt the entire building making it near impossible to keep good residents.

Come out to the live event at the British American Club in Fitchburg MA for a live interactive event to learn and see first-hand what the signs look like for drug activity in your rentals.
Because of the nature and content of this live event, there will absolutely be:
1. No Zoom Meeting (or meeting recording after)
2. No Video
3. No Pictures
4. No Cameras
As stated above, there will not be a zoom meeting for this event so you must be there in person if you plan on attending the event. There will also not be any recording to watch later and we cannot record the event.
